 Caused an Allergic Reaction/ Seller WILL NOT refund Apr 16, 2012

Eyes swelled, nose became stuffed, redness and itching occurred after one use of this product La Prairie.
I have used La Prairie products since 1978 and know the excellent quality. I have no idea why this one product gave me the reaction it did but after contacting the seller, Lipsticknet, they refused to take the product back for refund or exchange because it was opened.
If I hadn't opened it, I wouldn't have had the problem nor would I have known I would have the problem. Doesn't make sense!
Sellers should be required to back their merchandise as with any brick and mortar store.
I am very disappointed in the transaction and have filed a complaint.
I have not had this kind of problem with a seller on Amazon in the 12 years I have been doing business.
Shame on you Lipsticknet.

I love this cream! Just with only using it at night, and only after only a few days, I begin to wake up with my skin looking and feeling more refreshed. And after a few weeks, I can definitely tell that my poors are smaller and many of my redness areas have minimized dramatically! I bought this cream orginally because I wanted to smooth out the texture of my skin in some areas where I have some mild acne scars, and I am really happy with the progress so far. The redness is gone and the scars appear less noticable. My skin feels tighter and I look like I have a more refreshed, dewy look to my skin tone. Wonderful cream, worth every penny!
